Being the TREMENDOUS geek that I am, I can't help imagining what would have happened had Penny fallen in love with Billy.
Penny is the Dr. Girlfriend to Billy's Monarch, but, keeping in character, she secretly manipulates him so that all of his "evil deeds" aren't quite so evil. Like... rescuing kittens. Because the establishment HATES kittens, and the homeless, and bake sales... You've got to make sacrifices to be the best. |
